How do text survey recipients leave a review with Get Five Star Reviews?

Your customer will receive a text message with your Welcome Message and a link to leave a review on your website or connect to your reviews-enabled platforms.

Customers will then be prompted to join the reviews conversation on your reviews-enabled platforms and/or leave a review directly on your Reviews page.

The customer will add their review, name, and email. When they’re done, they’ll select Submit.

The survey is now complete.
