What does my text survey look like to my customers?

Your customer will receive your customizable email survey with an invitation to join the reviews conversation on your reviews-enabled platforms and/or leave a review directly on your Reviews page.

You can manage your survey settings by selecting Get 5 star Reviews from the main dashboard view.

Select Settings then Text:

 

 

You can preview your text survey, or select Click to Edit to modify.
