To set up Google Reviews, you must first have a Google My Business account, and your business must be verified. If you do not complete this process, you will not be able to connect to Google Reviews. To learn how to create a Google My Business account and verify your business, visit https://support.google.com/business/answer/6300717?hl=en.
To connect your social accounts, select the Connect Social Accounts tile.
To connect Google Reviews, select Connect.
Enter your email address and select Next.
Enter your password, and select Next.
Select Allow.
If you do not have a Google My Business account, you will see this notification.
Google Reviews is now connected.
